- Decisions for certain activities on whether or not they should be subjected to the EEI;
- Opening of trading outlets;
- The cutting down of trees;
- Annual operational projects on research and development, extraction and primary treatment of natural resources.

3. Concordance on activities related to the forested areas in the region.
4. Concordance on ecology programs.
